Managing Partners, Pam Noble and Tobin Anselmi are leading the national HR search.

The Vice President, U.S. Human Resources Operations leads the strategic development and effective implementation of U.S. human resources initiatives, plans, and programs, and contributes to the overall success of the business by supporting and enabling growth through people while reducing risk, cost and/or liability to the Company. The VP, U.S. HR Operations focuses on the enhancement of the organization’s overall capabilities and capacities through advancing the results driven by the company’s people and teams. This includes providing training on Corporate HR programs, policies, and procedures. Provides HR support for acquisitions and HR post-acquisition integration and other special projects as assigned. To achieve succession planning in preparation for the retirement of the SVP-Corporate Human Resources, the scope of this role will expand to include migration over time of the Corporate HR Directors and their functional responsibilities and teams to report to this position.
