Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape culture, enhance the employee experience, and drive process improvements within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The manager will lead a team of four and play a key role in compliance, performance coaching, investigations, and maintaining a union-free environment. Ideal candidates will bring over 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership, and a passion for creating people-first, high-performance workplaces.
