The Director of Human Resources will serve as a strategic advisor to the President and executive leadership team while modernizing HR practices and building a scalable people-first function. Key objectives include: establishing strong partnerships with leaders and employees, shaping culture to foster engagement and retention, supporting M&A integration, implementing data-driven HR processes, and mentoring and developing the HR team.
