TCG Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire and Recruiting Manager, Ramey Lynch are leading the vital HR search.

This senior executive will be responsible for reimagining and integrating enterprise-wide talent acquisition and talent management strategies. With oversight of high-performing teams and multiple direct reports, this leader will be tasked with designing a modern, data-driven approach to recruiting, onboarding, internal mobility, and leadership pipeline development, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.
Working closely with operational leaders and the broader HR leadership team, the AVP will bring together fragmented functions, optimize hiring practices, and launch scalable programs that support organizational growth and workforce evolution.
