As the new Director of Human Resources, Ayiana will play a pivotal role within this high growth, founder-led company. Reporting directly to the Vice President with a dotted line to the CEO, her position oversees HR strategy and the corresponding service delivery model. Ayiana will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, she will play a key role in supporting in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives in continuing to achieve step growth in revenue and location expansion.
