Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Director Carrie Longmire led and placed the key HR searches.

As the Regional H&S Managers, Deven Hallen and Rob Lewicki will play a vital role in shaping & executing H&S strategies across the East and West Regions, acting as strategic partners to leadership, and all branch locations managers/employees while fostering a positive & productive workplace. Their positions offer the opportunity to lead critical H&S programs, training and compliance, ensuring alignment with company goals. With a focus on continuous improvement, Deven and Rob will drive innovative H&S solutions, enhance employee experiences, & provide data-driven insights to optimize workforce performance.
Deven Hallen has joined NTS as the new Regional Health and Safety Manager overseeing the East Region, bringing more than two decades of hands-on leadership in transportation and operational safety. Deven most recently served as Safety Director for TDP Transport, where he led compliance and risk management across a vast network of bakeries, distribution centers, and fleet operations. Prior to that, he spent over five years as National Safety and Health Manager at Senergy Petroleum, where he built and standardized training programs and regulatory reporting systems across nine states. With a proven track record of aligning safety strategy with operational goals, Deven is known for his deep regulatory knowledge, driver training expertise, and practical, people-first approach to safety leadership.
Rob Lewicki has joined NTS as the new Regional Health and Safety Manager for the West Region, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in occupational safety across manufacturing, construction, and emergency response environments. Rob most recently led the corporate safety program for Superlite–APG West, overseeing eight sites and nearly 350 employees while ensuring compliance with OSHA, ADOSH, and MSHA regulations. Prior to that, he served as Safety Manager for SWP Paving & Contracting, where he delivered safety leadership across multiple states, drove a measurable reduction in incident rates and EMR, and managed safety officers and compliance programs for federal, state, and tribal contracts. Rob’s career began in emergency medical services, where he served as a Shift Commander for Southwest–Rural Metro Ambulance, honing his leadership and crisis response skills. With a broad skill set ranging from regulatory compliance to hands-on field training, Rob is a mission-driven leader passionate about creating safer, smarter work environments.
