MCKINNEY, TX & PLEASANTON, CA – Simpson Strong-Tie, a global leader in structural building products, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Learning and Organizational Development search. Managing Partner Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker are leading the critical HR search.

The Director, Learning & Organizational Development will lead enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and build a culture of continuous learning and performance. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will design and execute scalable learning, leadership, and talent programs while partnering closely with senior leaders to support business growth and transformation.
