Qorvo Selects TCG for Senior Director of Total Rewards Search

DALLAS, TX or GREENSBORO, NC Qorvo, a high-performing global enterprise, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Senior Director of Total Rewards search. TCG Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire are leading the integral HR search.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a global Total Rewards function from the inside out. As Senior Director, this individual will be the architect of compensation, benefits, executive pay, and equity programs for a growing international enterprise with operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. They will work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leadership and the Compensation Committee to bring clarity, structure, and strategy to a function ready for transformation. This is not just a leadership role, it’s a chance for the individual to put their fingerprints on every aspect of the Total Rewards engine.  WIth that said, Qorvo is seeking a doer who is hands on and will roll up their sleeves.
