The Director of Human Resources/Head of HR role with Munger, Tolles & Olson is rare opportunity to lead the HR function for one of the most prestigious law firms in the United States, consistently ranked #1 on The American Lawyer’s A-List for over a decade. The Director of Human Resources will step into a visible, high-impact role that blends strategic influence with hands-on leadership, guiding a talented HR team that serves business professionals across three offices. Reporting directly to Laura Michael, CAO, they will have the runway to reshape how HR partners with the business, modernize core programs, and leave a lasting imprint on the firm’s culture and talent strategy.
