Rosemary has over 20 years of experience in human performance improvement consulting, instructional design and development, and project management. She works with clients in many industries including automotive, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and technology:
Rosemary designs and develops L&D solutions for all roles and levels: individual contributors, high-potentials, front-line, mid-level, and senior managers, and executives. She is able to analyze the needs and objectives, designs, develops, and evaluates synchronous and asynchronous learning & development (L&D) programs as well as performance management and selection initiatives.
Rosemary is an experienced consultant, design thinker, instructional designer, and project manager with expertise in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and sustainability of instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and on-line self-directed courses and programs.
