As we benchmarked other high-performing public and private companies, we identified a common characteristic among them:

We call this the “Google-esq” factor. As a result, we invested substantial time, energy, and resources creating amazing and inspiring work settings for “Team TCG.” We are very proud of our all new, state-of-the-art corporate offices located on the shores of Lake Erie and the Gulf of Mexico.
