Biography
Pam Noble is a seasoned business leader, board advisor, and culture transformation expert with more than 25 years of experience building high-performing organizations and guiding CEOs, CHROs, private equity, and boards through growth and change. She believes she is a business leader first, who happens to bring deep functional expertise in HR, a perspective that has enabled her to lead transformational change across global enterprises. As President & COO and Managing Partner at The Christopher Group, she leads the firm’s Executive Solutions and Culture, Belonging & Inclusion practices, working directly with leadership teams and boards to align talent, culture, and business strategy. Unlike many in executive search, Pam brings firsthand experience as a former CHRO and Chief Talent Officer who has designed and led enterprise-wide HR strategies, presented directly to corporate and PE boards, and built sustainable cultures that drive organizational performance.
At TCG, Pam collaborates with clients to recruit and develop leaders who not only achieve business results but also enhance culture and belonging. She uses a unique “competency + chemistry” approach, evaluating leadership style, decision-making, and cultural fit to ensure each placement has a lasting impact. Her methods are shaped by her previous executive roles at Asurint, Lincoln Electric, AkzoNobel, National City Bank/PNC, Citibank, and Motorola, where she built HR teams as strategic partners and led DEIB and engagement initiatives.
Pam’s academic and research background further enriches her perspective. She holds a BA in Economics from Howard University, a Master’s in Transformational Leadership and Coaching, and a Doctorate in the same field. Her dissertation focused on unconscious bias and remains the foundation for her work with leaders and boards on building awareness, belonging, and sustainable cultural change.
Besides her executive and search work, Pam actively participates in board service and advisory roles. She has served on both nonprofit and foundation boards and is highly regarded for her expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, and inclusion. Known for her straightforward yet compassionate approach, Pam is dedicated to helping organizations and leaders bridge gaps across levels, geographies, and experiences—always aiming to improve both business results and human connection.
Family remains central to Pam’s life and informs her leadership philosophy. She credits her parents and her role as a wife and mother with shaping her belief that integrity, empathy, and accountability are the true cornerstones of leadership. Those values are mirrored in TCG’s principles: Do the Right Thing, Win Together, Deliver Excellence, Care for the Whole Person, and Connect, which align closely with her personal and professional ethos. Pam thrives in environments where purpose and people intersect, bringing both her family-centered grounding and board-level expertise to every client and candidate relationship.
