Before joining The Christopher Group, Molly served as VP, Managing Director at Landrum/hrQ, where she scaled the firm’s Rocky Mountain market and delivered tailored HR solutions addressing challenges in transformation, growth, and stabilization. Her expertise spans interim, temp-to-perm, and executive-level placements, as well as designing enterprise-wide HR consulting solutions that drive sustainable performance.
