Molly serves as a Managing Partner at The Christopher Group, bringing over three decades of success connecting organizations with HR consulting and talent solutions that enable clients to drive sustainable performance. She is valued as a strategic partner with a relationship-driven approach, known for fostering meaningful connections and acting as a trusted advisor to deliver solutions that create lasting business impact.

Molly’s strength lies in her deep understanding of business strategy, integrated HR systems, and talent strategy. She collaborates closely with executive teams to understand each client’s unique business goals, organizational dynamics, and cultural drivers, ensuring that every placement and solution creates lasting impact. She has been instrumental in initiating and shaping searches for mission-critical HR roles, including CHROs, Heads of Talent, Total Rewards Leaders, and Employee Relations executives, helping clients design and deliver high-performing people strategies.

Before joining The Christopher Group, Molly served as VP, Managing Director at Landrum/hrQ, where she scaled the firm’s Rocky Mountain market and delivered tailored HR solutions addressing challenges in transformation, growth, and stabilization.  Her expertise spans interim, temp-to-perm, and executive-level placements, as well as designing enterprise-wide HR consulting solutions that drive sustainable performance.
