Molly joins TCG following a successful career with leading human capital consulting and search firms, most recently serving as Vice President and Managing Director at Landrum/hrQ, where she led national client engagements across HR retained search, interim solutions, and consulting services. Her career also includes senior leadership roles at LHH, Bersin & Associates, and Development Dimensions International, where she advised Fortune 500 companies and high-growth firms alike on aligning talent strategy with business outcomes.
In her new role, Molly will focus on expanding TCG’s executive search and interim solutions capabilities and reach, partnering with clients to place top HR leaders and design customized solutions that drive performance, agility, and growth. Her consultative, relationship-first approach, combined with her ability to quickly understand client needs, makes her a valuable partner for organizations navigating change and transformation.
