A seasoned HR executive search leader with nearly two decades of experience, Jeff rejoins TCG to further elevate the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional human capital solutions for organizations navigating transformation, growth, and change.

His placements span a wide range of industries and ownership structures, including public companies, PE-backed firms, and global non-profits.
In his new role at TCG, Jeff will partner closely with CEOs, CHROs, and executive teams to lead high-impact searches across the HR function. Drawing on his extensive experience from global and boutique search firms, including ChapmanCG, Eastward Partners, and LEAD3R, he brings a uniquely consultative approach, emphasizing cultural alignment, leadership potential, and strategic impact.

Jeff previously served as Vice President of Recruiting at TCG, where he led client delivery, internal hiring, and business development efforts, contributing significantly to the firm’s success. His recent work across the HR consulting and executive search landscape has further refined his expertise in areas such as M&A integration, leadership transitions, and talent strategy.
