Biography

After serving in the US Marines as a Combat Engineer, Logan began her career in Talent Acquisition with RJ Reynolds Tobacco.  She was then recruited by TCG and spent 4 years with the firm, but left to gain additional corporate experience. She took a role leading the TA function for a mid-cap metals manufacturer in NE Ohio.   After almost 3 years in this role, she spent time in Divisional leadership roles in the fortune 500 in TA, and Talent Management.  Most recently she led Talent Management strategy for the R&D function in North America for Avery Dennison Corporation.  While in these roles Logan led large global projects related to high potential programs, employment branding initiatives, and Veteran’s outreach and recruitment.  She also led and managed teams of up to 25 TA professionals and is passionate about coaching and developing up-and-coming recruiters.

Logan is a Lean Six Sigma black belt and is also skilled in project management. Although she enjoyed her time and experiences in Corporate, Logan is extremely grateful to be back with TCG.

She currently resides in Concord Ohio, with her partner Ryan, and their 4 children.  In her spare time, Logan is a passionate equestrian and is just 3 scores shy of her USDF Bronze medal in Dressage.
