This role needs a hands-on, business-minded VP of Legal to act as the primary legal advisor for a fast-growing global logistics company. The position is about enabling smart risk-taking, safeguarding the business, and empowering leadership to move quickly in a complex, cross-border environment, not building unnecessary bureaucracy. Leading a lean team, this executive will work closely with the leadership team, business unit heads, and corporate functions to shape commercial agreements, strengthen the compliance framework, and guide dispute resolution strategy.
