The Senior Manager/Director of HR is a key strategic leader responsible for driving the full spectrum of human resources initiatives across the organization. This role oversees talent strategy, employee relations, organizational development, HR operations, and compliance while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in trust, transparency, and collaboration. The leader will partner closely with senior leadership to enhance workforce planning, develop scalable HR processes, and strengthen internal capabilities in alignment with the company’s long-term goals. With a strong focus on operational excellence and employee experience, this role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s evolving people strategy during a period of significant growth and transformation.
