Jorleen Pollock will serve as a strategic and hands-on Director to lead and evolve the global total rewards function. She will be responsible for building the playbook for compensation and benefits, developing and mentoring a small but capable team, and refreshing Incora’s annual compensation planning processes to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. In this high-impact role, Jorleen will also take the lead on global benefits administration: designing, optimizing, and scaling programs that support the health, wellbeing, and engagement of Incora’s diverse, international workforce.

Most recently, she served as VP of Global Total Rewards & HR Strategy at Promethean, where she played a key role in the company’s business transformation, go-to-market expansion, and successful public offering. Known for her strategic vision and operational rigor, Jorleen partners closely with executive leadership to design and execute competitive, performance-based rewards programs that support growth, compliance, and employee engagement at scale.
