Managing Partner, Nat Schiffer, Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker, and Recruiting Director, Ramey Lynch led and placed the crucial HR search.

Jorleen Pollock will serve as a strategic and hands-on Director to lead and evolve the global total rewards function. She will be responsible for building the playbook for compensation and benefits, developing and mentoring a small but capable team, and refreshing Incora’s annual compensation planning processes to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. In this high-impact role, Jorleen will also take the lead on global benefits administration: designing, optimizing, and scaling programs that support the health, wellbeing, and engagement of Incora’s diverse, international workforce.

With a proven track record spanning public, private, and global organizations, Jorleen has led large-scale initiatives in executive compensation, equity design, M&A integration, and global payroll across more than 20 countries. Most recently, she served as VP of Global Total Rewards & HR Strategy at Promethean, where she played a key role in the company’s business transformation, go-to-market expansion, and successful public offering. Known for her strategic vision and operational rigor, Jorleen partners closely with executive leadership to design and execute competitive, performance-based rewards programs that support growth, compliance, and employee engagement at scale.
