TCG Places 2 Regional HR Managers at National Trench Safety

HOUSTON, TX & WEST COAST, US – National Trench Safety, the trusted leader of superior trench and traffic safety solutions in the industry, has placed Douglas Scott and Brenda Beltran as their new Regional HR Managers. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez led and placed the integral HR searches.

As the Regional HR Managers, Douglas and Brenda will play a vital role in shaping & executing HR strategies across the East and West Coasts, acting as strategic partners to leadership & all centers of excellence while fostering a positive & productive workplace. Their positions offer the opportunity to lead critical HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, & compliance, ensuring alignment with company goals. With a focus on continuous improvement, Douglas and Brenda will drive innovative HR solutions, enhance onboarding experiences, & provide data-driven insights to optimize workforce performance.

Douglas Scott is an accomplished HR leader with nearly a decade of experience supporting multi-site operations across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors. Prior to his new role over the East Coast at National Trench Safety, he served as Regional HR Manager at Federal Signal Corporation, where he serves as a strategic partner to business leaders across 10 sites, overseeing all generalist HR functions, labor relations, and compliance initiatives, including navigating complex California employment regulations. Known for his ability to break down silos and drive operational efficiency, Douglas previously held key HR roles at Graphic Packaging and BLG Logistics, where he built HR infrastructures from the ground up, improved communication channels, and championed workforce development initiatives. Douglas brings a hands-on, business-aligned approach to optimizing human capital and advancing organizational goals.

Brenda Beltran, the new West Coast Regional HRM, brings with her over a decade of progressive HR leadership across manufacturing, construction, and service-based industries. Known for her hands-on approach to employee relations, compliance, and workforce optimization, Brenda has successfully led multi-site HR teams and supported workforces of 500+ employees. Her experience includes driving engagement and retention strategies, overseeing large-scale compliance initiatives, mentoring HR teams, and leveraging data to enhance workforce planning and reduce costs. Prior to joining National Trench Safety, Brenda held HR leadership roles at Milgard Windows & Doors, International Paper, and the U.S. Marine Corps, where she consistently championed people-first solutions and operational excellence.
