This month marks two years since my fellow Managing Partners and I stepped into leadership at The Christopher Group. Reflecting on this milestone, I’m incredibly proud of the growth, resilience, and impact we’ve achieved together.
In just 24 months, we’ve sharpened our focus, expanded our capabilities, and deepened our commitment to excellence. Along the way, we’ve been honored with some of the industry’s top recognitions—repeat appearances on Hunt Scanlon’s Best Recruiters in America, the PE Power 100, Top Higher Education and Non-Profit Recruiters, and the HR/Diversity Top 65. Most recently, HRM Outlook named TCG a Top 10 Recruitment Firm of 2024—a powerful endorsement of our team’s dedication and the trust our clients place in us.
We’ve led transformational executive searches across a wide range of industries, placing senior leaders at organizations like Mintz Group, Olin Chemicals, Clements Fluids, Corning Museum of Glass, Rackspace Technologies, and Docker including several high-growth, private equity-backed companies such as System Pavers, Apex Service Partners, Environmental Remedies, Step2, and many more.
Our interim and fractional HR practice continues to thrive—rapidly matching top-tier HR talent with urgent needs at organizations like Rackspace, Luxury pet Hotels, Commercial Vehicle Group, PNNL, Waters Corp and so many more. This work helps bridge critical leadership gaps and fuels sustained success for our clients. Our capabilities now extend beyond HR—into C-suite placements across multiple functions—driven by our understanding of what makes leadership teams excel, particularly in PE-backed environments.
Personally, it was a true honor to co-moderate national Hunt Scanlon conferences alongside Pam Noble this past year. These forums allowed us to explore the evolving dynamics of DEIB, leadership, and talent strategy—topics that remain close to our hearts.
