Jordan is the Business, Office, Property and Project Manager for the TCG North (Ohio) office. In this role, she has a variety of responsibilities that include the oversight of office projects and property management as well as day-to-day business and office responsibilities as required.

Prior to joining TCG, Jordan spent 6 years in many roles, including Human Resources, Payroll, Insurance Sales, Administrative Support, and Marketing for Classic Auto Group.

As a graduate of Bowling Green State University, Jordan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development and minored in Marketing. She currently resides in Mentor, OH with her son Brayden.

Amy is the Operations Manager for the TCG South (Sarasota) office.

She works closely with our staff in both locations in a support role. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to office management, property and project management, and assisting with recruiting documents and research.

Prior to working for TCG, Amy taught high school science for ten years in Florida. She then spent two years running her own business in remodeling and design.

Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ohio University and a Master’s in Education from National Louis University.  She resides in the Sarasota area with her two children, Jack and Stella

Emily provides research and marketing support to recruiting managers as needed and works in a project and administrative capacity.

Emily has a Bachelors Degree in Special Education from Mount Union. She resides in Cleveland, Ohio and Sarasota, Florida.

Edie is the Operations Manager for TCG. Edie works with staff, clients and candidates in relaying phone calls, appointments, messages.  Populating call planners, researching information, and maintaining quality assurance in reviewing candidate information in intake history documents and resumes.

Prior to joining TCG, Edie was Director of Speech/Language Therapy in Hospitals and Schools. Some of her responsibilities included a wide range of functions including organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, staff development, staff relations, supervised policies/procedures & legal compliance. As a team leader, she ensured goals were aligned with individual plans and strategic objectives. Edie’s research skills involved identifying appropriate laws, statutes, and case laws to provide leadership with strong legally-backed advice in the implementation of services

Edie has received her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Miami University and her Master’s in Educational Science from Fredonia State University.  She currently resides in Waite Hill, Ohio with her husband, Mike, and son, Michael.

Matthew is an Operations Manager for TCG. In this capacity, Matthew leads the sourcing department for the company. He is a primary research resource for search projects across North America. He creates cutting edge search presentations for clients.

Prior to joining TCG, Matthew worked several years for Best Buy, Inc. first in the sales department and then promoted to a customer relations specialist role.

Matthew is currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Notre Dame College. He currently resides in Hudson, Ohio.

Megan is an honor student at Stetson University working towards a dual degree in Investment Banking and Entrepreneurship so she can follow in her parents’ footsteps of running her own company with a clear and balanced purpose of community and social activism. Megan resides in Willoughby, Ohio and DeLand, Florida.
