Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Director Carrie Longmire are leading the key HR searches.

The Safety & Health Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all field employees. This strategic position is responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting audits and inspections, and leading training programs to promote best practices. Working closely with internal teams and external organizations, the Safety & Health Manager investigates incidents, enforces compliance with OSHA and industry regulations, and drives continuous improvement in workplace safety. Key responsibilities include managing regulatory programs, analyzing safety data to reduce incidents, and advising leadership on effective safety strategies. With up to 50% travel within the designated region, this role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates have a background in safety management, relevant certifications, and a passion for fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
These roles will be based in Houston, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona, respectively. The roles are both remote with up to 50% travel required.
