Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi, and Recruiting Manager, Morgan Booker, are leading the critical HR search.

The Human Resources Manager (Head of HR) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of the organization. They oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for new staff, consult with top executives on strategic planning, and act as a bridge between management and employees. In their first year, their objectives may include providing HR leadership by implementing and managing corporate-wide programs related to talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and career development. They will also work to foster a collaborative culture, establish trust with the leadership team, and serve as the visible face of HR to all employees. The HR manager is in charge of addressing and advising management and the executive team on employee relations and discipline matters. They will assess current HR processes and structure and develop a 3-5-year strategy roadmap, identifying and addressing immediate opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they will assist in the management of the ESOP program and provide on-going education on the ESOP to the employee base.
