This role is an exciting opportunity within the C-Level Integrated National Capacity Division of ITS Logistics in beautiful Reno/Tahoe. The new Chief People Officer should want to make a difference within an expanding organization and be a part of a growing global industry. This is a rare opportunity to join ITS at the executive level and help lead an extremely strong culture and passionate group of goal-minded individuals. They are looking for a highly experienced visionary, with ground-level abilities and desire, who can scale our existing functions and people-focus to align to ITS’s growth and overall mission. Reporting directly to the President, this position will play a key role in Industrial-Organizational Psychology within a team-focus atmosphere and culture while partnering with the other leaders in the business. This role will participate in the strategic planning and execution activities that set the blueprints for continued innovation and growth. The CPO will be a key driver of organization design and a unifying force to align structure, process, rewards, and talent with the strategy of the business.
