The Director of Human Resources with Groundworks is a strategic people leadership role whose focus will be on aligning business objectives with employees and leaders across the organization. This is a build-and-lead role for a transformative HR leader. The Director of Human Resources will work in partnership with the CHRO to architect scalable people systems for one of the fastest-growing field services companies in North America. This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of HR excellence: designing SOPs, automating workflows, leading workforce planning and succession, and guiding integration strategy for 21 brands. You’ll partner directly with the COO, CHRO, and ELT to build the HR engine that powers Groundworks’ next chapter of growth.
