SOUTH SIOUX CITY, NE – Great West Casualty Company, one of America’s largest insurers of trucking companies, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Manager of Talent Acquisition search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire are leading the critical HR search.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the recruitment strategy, as well as managing the delivery of Talent Acquisition services for the organization. This role, reporting to the VP of Human Resources, is crucial for strategic leadership and includes mentoring and coaching a team of recruiters, building and maintaining senior-level business relationships, and leading initiatives to support the growth and advancement of the Talent Acquisition model within the organization. Additionally, this role will manage a team of 4 professionals and work closely with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s business strategies.
