Clements Fluids Selects TCG for Director of Organizational Development Search

TYLER, TEXAS – Clements Fluids,  a trusted advisor in the workover/completion/drilling fluids, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Organizational Development search. Managing Director, Pamela Noble, and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez, are leading this critical search.

As the first Director of Organizational Development, this role will partner closely with Senior Leadership to design and lead the People function and the overall Organizational Structure and Vision. They will be instrumental in establishing a respected Human Resources function, including leadership development, employee engagement, culture development, change management, talent management, professional development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and total rewards.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. This role will be instrumental in diversifying the company and organizational design, facilitating their strategic plan. This is an opportunity to make an impact with an established organization experiencing significant growth.
