- Redesigned the global onboarding process for a food and beverage company to improve user experience, improve efficiencies, and leverage technology and shared services
- Redesigned twenty global HR processes for a top ten pharma company to support the generation of critical HR data and developed a resource model to understand the cost impact of a shift towards self-service
- Helped a leading insurance company optimize spans of control and organizational layers, resulting in a $30M reduction in operating cost
- Developed the operating model for creating a global Center of Expertise for labor and employee relations for a highly decentralized industrial conglomerate
Prior to working with the Christopher Group, Thomas was a founding partner of OXYGY Consulting/Valeocon Management Consulting, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s practice in the United States. Earlier in his career, he led the process improvement and design practice for Aon Management Consulting. He started his career at Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Germany, where he held various line management positions and was involved in several large scale transformation efforts
Thomas received his undergraduate degree from Berufsakademie Mannheim and his MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He lives in the New York City area.
