Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Director, Ramey Lynch are leading these vital HR searches.

The Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) will provide HR support and consultation to their Business Unit. The HRBP will use working knowledge of the business to provide HR consultation and guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and laws, and company policies and practices. This individual will partner directly with department managers to execute HR strategies in alignment with business objectives and key initiatives. Key objectives include: gaining a deep understanding of the organization, building positive relationships across all functions and verticals, and ensuring all leaders develop an understanding of the expectations and responsibilities of managers’ and HR’s role in supporting them.
The Director, Human Resources (HRD) Chemring Sensors and Electronic Systems, Inc. (CSES), will develop and implement effective human resources programs, policies, and initiatives and will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team. The HRD will be accountable for workforce planning, employee communications and culture, professional development, employee relations, performance management, professional development including mentoring and coaching, organizational development, compensation, benefits and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the HRD will lead the site HR team and provide oversight for the site technical lead of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) services. This position requires a true business partner who is collaborative and capable of building consensus and commitment toward shared outcomes. This role serves as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for developing and executing the HR strategy to enable achievement of the business, people and corporate objectives.
The L&D Manager at Kilgore Flares will lead the development and execution of site-wide training initiatives aligned with business goals. Based in Toone, TN and reporting to the HR Director, this role manages the PureSafety LMS and delivers programs that support employee development, compliance, and retention. The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of HR experience with strengths in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
