This higher education organization is seeking a strategically minded Vice President of Human Resources to add to its senior management team. The VP of Human Resources will have 4-5 direct reports and approximately 16 indirect reports. The selected candidate will be required to have experience in change management, along with a history of establishing credibility quickly with both internal and external constituents. They will also need to be perceived as a dynamic leader who brings vision, strategy, and business acumen well beyond the human resources function. The VP of Human Resources is expected to provide leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, on-boarding, employment development, performance management, employee relations, corporate HR compliance, compensation structure, policy and procedures, employee benefits, and other Human Resource functions.
This role is located in the Orange County, CA area. The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, TCG President/Managing Director and Erin Merker, TCG Vice President/Managing Partner.
