The Sr. Director of Learning and Organizational Development collaborates with enterprise leaders to develop a high performing workforce that delivers on the organizations key business goals and strategies while advancing the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This is accomplished by directing the organizations Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) philosophy, strategies, and tools to provide high quality, relevant, and impactful learning experiences for all employees and by driving forward thinking internal and external partnerships that create effective organization development solutions. This leader works closely with the SVP of HR, HR Consulting, the Senior Leadership team, and business leaders to build an environment of continuous learning that responds to talent development needs, fosters engagement, identifies and removes impediments to organizational and individual effectiveness, and supports career growth at all levels of the organization.
This role will reside in the Memphis, TN area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Samantha Frye, TCG Recruiting Manager.
