This Senior Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for leading programs that attract, retain, and develop talent. They will ensure expectations are set and gaps closed against operationally excellent management practices. Along with that, they will support the development of the company’s leaders and foster key elements of the company’s culture including innovation, collaboration, and pay-for-performance. The Senior Vice President, Human Resources is a member of the executive leadership team and plays an instrumental role in the company’s organizational effectiveness to achieve its human capital objectives. The Senior Vice President, Human Resources will be the primary advocate of policies, communication, feedback, and interaction surrounding the people of this company. This position would have primary responsibility and accountability for all HRIS activities globally.
