The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for leading programs that attract, retain, and develop talent; ensure expectations are set and gaps closed against operationally excellent management practices; support the development of the company’s leaders; and foster key elements of the ACI culture including innovation, collaboration, and pay-for-performance. The CHRO is a member of the executive leadership team and plays an instrumental role in the company’s organizational effectiveness to achieve its human capital objectives. The CHRO will be the primary advocate of policies, communication, feedback, and interaction surrounding the people of ACI. This position would have primary responsibility and accountability for all HRIS activities globally.
